Data controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by KINGS TURİZM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Kings Teknoloji") as the data controller, within the scope described below.

Personal data we process
When you visit our website and complete the request form, the following data is processed:
- Identity and contact: full name, organization / company name, email address, phone number.
- Request content: the service area you are interested in and the description of your project.
- Transaction security: date and time of the request, IP address, session cookie.
- Preferences and usage: your cookie preference; Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement data if you consent (page views, clicks, form steps; your name, email and phone number are never sent to these tools) (details in the Cookie Policy).
Purposes and legal grounds
- To evaluate your request, respond to you and run the proposal and proof of concept (PoC) process: processing is directly related to establishing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
- To prevent misuse of the form, ensure information security and keep records accurate: legitimate interest of the data controller (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
- To fulfil our legal obligations and respond to requests from competent authorities: explicitly provided by law and legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-a and 5/2-ç).
- To maintain your session and keep the site secure: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
- To measure site usage statistically (Google Analytics) and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (Google Ads): only on the basis of the explicit consent you give in the cookie banner (KVKK Art. 5/1). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Transfer of personal data
Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be transferred only in the following cases, limited to the purpose:
- To hosting and infrastructure providers where the site and request records are hosted, to the extent necessary to provide the service.
- To public authorities legally entitled to request it, where required by legal obligations.
- If you consent, to Google Ireland Ltd. for site usage and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Google Ads). This constitutes a transfer abroad and is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated and partly automated means, through the request form and cookies on our website.
Retention period
Request form records are kept for 2 years from the conclusion of the request and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymized. If a contractual relationship is established, the related records are kept for the retention periods required by law.

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to Kings Teknoloji, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that third parties to whom the data was transferred be notified of correction, deletion or destruction,
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from analysis by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
How to apply
In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may send your requests in writing, together with information identifying you, to Şahabettinpaşa Mh. 6.Çatal Sk. No: 20/1, Çatalfırın Kabaoğlu İşhanı Osmangazi, Bursa, Türkiye, or by email from your registered email address to info@kingsteknoloji.com.
Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
